Thursday Night Workout

Join us for another Thursday night workout. These structured workouts are designed for all paces and experience levels. Coach Calantha Elsby will lead the efforts, and we’ll wrap up with some post-run social time at the Blue Elephant.

Session Details

This week we’ll meet at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds for some 200m track repeats. We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by an easy jog around the track before we head into 200m x 200m intervals. The goal is to complete as many as you can within 15 minutes.

Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Post-run Social: Blue Elephant (map)

For walkers

Walkers are welcome to come and take a stroll around the track and join us at the Blue Elephant afterward.
