Thursday Night Workout

Join us for a Thursday night workout. These structured workouts are designed for all paces and experience levels. Coach Calantha Elsby will lead the efforts, and we’ll wrap up with some post-run social time at a nearby restaurant or brewery.

Session Details

We’re returning to the Waterford Ponds (because that après-run at Wishbone is top notch). We’ll tackle the long hill up to the high bridge on repeat. These workouts are adaptable to all paces and abilities. New to hill repeats? Run slower or even walk up the hill and walk or jog on the flat recovery. Experienced? Run at tempo pace to get the most out of that slow ascent.

We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a 1km jog to the base of the hill. We’ll loop down the side trail just before the high bridge with the goal of completing as many repeats as you can within 30 minutes.
