Join us for a Thursday night workout. These structured workouts are designed for all paces and experience levels. Coach Calantha Elsby will lead the efforts, and we’ll wrap up with some post-run social time at a nearby restaurant or brewery.
Session Details
We’ll head off the beaten path for 400m trail intervals off the Lynn Valley Trail. This is a great way to improve your efficiency and speed on different terrain. These workouts are adaptable to all skill levels. And hikers are encouraged to join as always.
