Join us for a Thursday night workout. These structured workouts are designed for all paces and experience levels. Coach Calantha Elsby will lead the efforts, and we’ll wrap up with some post-run social time at Marshview Patio.
Session Details
After an awesome session last Thursday doing 400m on-trail repeats, we’ll pair beautiful views with an excellent hill workout at Long Point Eco-Adventures this week. Adapt this workout by lengthening or shortening your climb, choosing to run the adjacent Zipper trail, or power hiking instead of running.
We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a ~1km jog before heading into hill repeats. We’ll finish with a ~1km cool down jog and some light stretches.
