Session Details
This week, we're back on the track at the Simcoe Fairgrounds, mixing up some straightaway intervals with recovery around the bends of the big oval. Adapt this workout by lengthening or shortening your speed or distance on the straightaway or by power hiking instead of running. See how many loops you can do in 30 minutes!
We’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a ~800m jog around the before heading into the intervals. We’ll finish with an ~800m cool down jog and some light stretches.
